Brian is a seasoned procurement professional with a strong professional focus on R&D within the life sciences industry. Prior to joining Scientist.com, Brian worked at Merck & Co. for under just 5 years as an Associate Director and category lead for Discovery Sciences, and was responsible for a number of strategic initiatives ranging from some of the most innovated service offerings, such as CRISPR/Cas9, as well as category management Discovery Services – Chemistry, Pharmacology, and Genetics procurement outsourcing strategy. Brian has been with Scientist.com for over 4 years primarily focused on the Supplier Relations business unit, helping to develop and optimize the critical tools, resources, and workflows that suppliers have at their disposal to best establish and expand their presence and maximize the opportunities available across Scientist.com’s network.
