Sarah Greising, PhD, is an associate professor of exercise physiology at the University of Minnesota in the School of Kinesiology. Her research focuses on conditions of skeletal muscle that have altered plasticity and/or limited to no regenerative potential, such as injury, aging, and disease. Her lab’s work broadly encompasses identifying the mechanisms related to the limited regenerative potential of skeletal muscle and developing and examining effective treatment strategies specifically using regenerative rehabilitation across a wide range of skeletal muscle disorders.
