Biography

Dr. Chad Deisenroth is a cell biologist in the Center for Computational Toxicology and Exposure at the U.S. EPA and has 14 years of experience in the development and application of in vitro new approach methods for predictive toxicology. He received his Ph.D. in Genetics and Molecular Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed postdoctoral training in chemical safety sciences at The Hamner Institutes for Health Sciences. He is currently a principal investigator in the EPA’s Virtual and Complex Tissue Models research program and is a member of the OECD Thyroid Disruption Methods Expert Group.
